Please make sure your contact details and pet details are correct in your PetScanner account before completing the purchase. You can update all of these details free of charge in your PetScanner account. You may be charged again for a corrected certificate.
Certificate orders must also be sent to the address registered associated with the PetScanner account, orders that have different information will be cancelled.
